Your Starting Point at CrossFit Bermondsey

WHY FOUNDATIONS

Foundations is a small-group course built specifically for beginners or anyone returning to training after time away. Across four sessions, we introduce you to key lifts, conditioning formats, and the structure of our CrossFit classes so that nothing feels unfamiliar when you join the main timetable.

Each session builds logically on the last. By the end, you’ll understand not just what to do — but why you’re doing it.

Every session focuses on mastering form and control. You’ll break down each lift step by step, developing a deeper understanding of how your body moves and how to make each rep count.

Group Coaching

From squats and pulls to snatches and cleans, our program builds raw strength, speed, and explosive power, the foundation of athletic performance.

Integration

Our experienced coaches bring a technical eye to every lift. They’ll guide you with detailed feedback, helping you refine your form and progress confidently at your own pace.
